Step 1 : I have opened this free stock photograph which you will discover here

Step 2 : Press CTRL+J to copy the Background Layer. Layer 1 frames. 

Step 3 : Press CTRL+SHIFT+U to saturated the picture. 

Step 4 : Press 4 on the console and Photoshop decreases the Opacity of Layer 1 to 40%. 

Step 5 : Click the Adjustment Layer catch. 

Step 6 : Click Levels from the fly up menu. 

Step 7 : The Levels1 Layer frames. The Levels exchange box is to finish everything. 

Step 8 : Move the Black slider of the Output Levels the distance to one side.

Step 9 :  Click the Rectangular Marquee Tool. 

Step 10 : Draw a determination on the part of the picture you would like to be influenced by the blown features. 

Step 11 : Go to Select>Modify>Feather 

Step 12 : I have set a Feather Radius of 150 pixels. Snap OK. 

Step 13 : The Foreground Color ought to be set to the default Black and foundation to White. In the event that it is not squeeze x and afterward d on the console to reestablish the default. 

Step 14 : Press ALT+BACKSPACE to load with Foreground Color which is Black.

Step 15 : Press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E to make a composite Layer2. 

Step 16 : Go to Filter>Other>High Pass.
